The company was founded in 1943, in Oxford, by personnel from the Department of Anaesthetics at Oxford University. Our manufacturing systems are certified to IS09001-2000, and EN46001. In-house design and manufacture of the majority of components used in our products gives us total control of quality, precision, and cost. Penlon is based in the UK and distributes worldwide to over ninety countries, including Japan and the USA.
